Haeon Limited, the purveyor of high quality Japanese Reishi products and Spiritual Fitness UK, experts in holistic massage and professional personal training, collaborate for the May Prize Draw.

It is very simple to enter and the draw is open to everyone residing in the European Union. All entrants must email their NAME, HOME ADDRESS, POSTAL CODE to info@haeon.com. In the email subject box, please enter your answer to our draw question: What is the capital of Japan?

The draw will take place for two weeks on May 12 and June 23 2013. Each time, Four winners will be drawn and each will receive either a session of Thai Massage or Personal Training session (worth £80 provided by Spiritual Fitness UK*) or a box of Mikei Red Reishi Essence 30 caps (worth £45).  The former prize will only be available to those residing within Zone 1 and 2 in London, UK (unless otherwise agreed) but the latter is available to all residing within the European Union.

*Spiritual Fitness UK is the brainchild of Mr. Andrea Spanu.  Andrea is an experienced personal trainer and masseur who has received qualified training in Italy, Thailand and the UK.  Since 2007, he has worked in 5 stars hotel spas in the same countries.  In 2010, he obtained an International Diploma for Teacher Training in Massage and in 2012, Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Training.

The prize of a session of personal training or Thai massage will be administered by Mr. Spanu himself.  The session will take place in the home or office (if suitable) of the winner.

Draw Specific Terms & Conditions

1.0 By entering the competition the entrant accepts that:

1.1       Haeon Limited and Mikei Red Reishi UK will use the winner’s name and may use their photo for PR purposes and on their websites, Facebook page and twitter after the competition/Draw.

1.2    Haeon Limited reserves the right to alter the conditions of the competition at any time.

2.0 This draw is subject to the following terms and conditions:

2.1       This draw is open to all persons of age above 21, residing within the European Union only. The prizes of Mikei Red Reishi Essence 30 caps are available to all entrants within the EU but the redemption of free sessions of Thai Massage / Personal Training will be limited to location within London Zone 1 and 2, unless agreed otherwise. The draw will be done within 3 working days the day after each draw period.

2.2       Entrants must provide the full details as specified above in order to enter each draw period and this data will be stored in line with our privacy policy. Any personal information provided or gathered for this competition is controlled primarily by Haeon Limited.

Entrants must not post obscene, derogatory, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language in their entries and will be automatically disqualified from the competition if they do so.

2.3       Winners will receive their prizes within 2 weeks from the date of each draw.

Winners must redeem the Thai massage or Personal Training session within 3 months after the announcement of each winner.  A convenient date and time will be agreed between the winner and Spiritual Fitness UK within this time. On redemption of massage/personal training, a suitable space/environment has to be provided by the winning customer. The location will be limited to Zone 1 and 2 unless agreed otherwise.  The session will be valid for 3 months after the announcement of each winner.

The Mikei Red Reishi Essence 30 caps prizes will be sent by Royal Mail. 

2.4    The winner must ensure they are able and eligible to accept the prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event they are unable to do so, Haeon Limited reserves the right to draw another winner.

2.5    No cash alternative will be offered and no parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

2.6    The winner will be notified that they are the winner by email as well as announced on any websites/microsites associated with Haeon Limited (e.g. Facebook, Twitter and the main website), and may be used for future PR activity.

The winner must email Haeon at info@haeon.com to accept their prize within 5 days of receiving the email from Haeon notifying them that they are a winner.

The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

2.7       If a winner is unable to take up a prize for any reason or if a winner has not contacted Haeon within the period set out in paragraph 3.6 above, Haeon reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.

2.8       Haeon reserves the right at any time to alter, amend or cancel the competition or supercede (including altering the prize) if, in its sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Haeon reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event of circumstances beyond their control make it unavoidable.

2.9       Haeon has no liability for any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition. Haeon has no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss of any kind (whether such losses are direct or indirect) arising out of entrants’ participation in the competition or out of the winner’s enjoyment of the prize.

2.10    The winner may be required to take part in publicity.

2.11     This promotion is run by Haeon Limited and is not affiliated to any other promoter, brand or company. The promoter of the competition is Haeon Limited, P.O. Box 48781, London E1W 2WX, United Kingdom.

2.12    English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to Haeon at info@haeon.com

2.13    Failure of an entrant to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of a participant. Haeon reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

2.14     The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

2.15     Entry is not open to employees of Haeon or Mikei or any company affiliated with either Haeon or Mikei.
